Party Booking - Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Gamerz Parties Ltd! Please read the following terms carefully before confirming your booking. These conditions are designed to ensure everyone enjoys a safe, smooth, and unforgettable gaming experience.

📅 Bookings & Payments

A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your chosen date and time.

Final numbers can be amended up to 7 days before your booking date. After this time, no refunds or reductions will be given for non-attendance due to staffing and preparation requirements.

If you select the deposit only option, you’ll be contacted 7–10 days before your event to pay the remaining balance.

Gamerz Parties Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings in exceptional circumstances (e.g. technical failure, illness, or safety issues). In these rare cases, an alternative date or full refund will be offered.

🧍 Supervision & Space Limitations

Due to limited space, guests are asked to drop off and collect participants at the end of the party.

The party booker must remain on site as the responsible adult throughout the event.

Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children and ensuring appropriate behaviour during the party.

🍕 Food & Drinks

Drinks must remain in the designated refreshment area.

Only pre-packaged snacks and food are permitted, allowing parents to check allergy information. Gamerz parties ltd cannot be held liable whereby the parent or Lead Booker has not checked the allergy information prior to consumption, our staff will not monitor snack consumption.

Please provide all allergy and dietary details in advance of your booking.

Full allergen information for any food provided by Gamerz Parties Ltd can be found on our website.

Gamerz Parties Ltd is not responsible for allergic reactions caused by external food or snacks brought by guests.

💡 Lights & Visual Effects

Our gaming pods may include flashing lights, strobes, or other visual effects.

These may not be suitable for guests with photosensitive epilepsy or similar conditions.

If you have any concerns, please contact us before your party so we can adjust settings where possible. However as games have lighting built into them we cannot guarantee limited exposure, as the Lead booker you will need to assess the suitability. Gamerz parties cannot be held liable for incidents that occur due to decisions made by the lead booker.

🕹️ Games & Age Ratings

The party booker chooses which games are played during the event.

All games include official PEGI/BBFC age ratings, which will be clearly displayed on the game loading screen.

Parents/guardians are responsible for determining which games are appropriate for their group.

By booking, the party booker confirms they accept responsibility for all game content shown to participants.

Gamerz Parties Ltd cannot be held liable for parental or guardian decisions regarding age-appropriate content. Our staff will not monitor age ratings or make judgement on suitability for the games being played, as per the governing law this can only be made by the responsible adult i.e. the Lead booker.

🎉 During the Party

Please respect all equipment – it’s here for everyone’s enjoyment.

Any damage caused by misuse or neglect may be charged to the party booker.

Guests must follow staff instructions at all times.

Disruptive, aggressive, or unsafe behaviour may result in guests being asked to leave the premises.

🛡️ Safety & Liability

Participation is at your own risk. We take every measure to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Gamerz Parties Ltd is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

We maintain full public liability insurance, and all staff are trained in safety and safeguarding procedures.

📸 Photos & Media

Occasionally, photos or short video clips may be taken for promotional purposes (e.g. social media or website use).

We will always seek consent from the party booker before taking or using any identifiable images of guests.
