How do I book a gaming party?
- Please email, message or call us to book
How far in advance should I book?
- Bookings can be made up to 12 months in advance - dates go fast and are limited
Do I need to pay a deposit?
- A £50 non refundable deposit is required to confirm booking. The balance payment is due 7 days before your party
What is your cancellation or rescheduling policy?
- Cancellations within 7 days of the event will incur a full balance payment
- Deposit is non refundable
How many guests are included in the price?
- 8 guests + 2 adults
Can we add extra guests?
- Absolutely - max capacity is 12 + 2 parents. Additional guests chargeable at £15pp. Please be aware we have 4 xbox, 4 PS5, 1 Handheld retro console, 3x arcade machines and 1x Nintendo wii

What games are available?
- We have a huge selection of games including the latest right back to the retro classics. The latest Fifa/FC, COD, Minecraft, Roblox, Fortnite, Rocket League etc.
Do guests need to bring their own controllers/headsets?
- Controllers are included, headsets can be brought however as it's a party we think the best way to play is with the people present
Is the party supervised by staff?
- A gaming host will be on site at all times
- Parents/guardians hold parental responsibility for the children of the party
Can parents/guardians stay and watch?
- Only 2 adults can stay due to space limitations
What age range are the parties suitable for?
- Ages 7+
Can we bring our own decorations?
- Of course, however the slots are a fixed time so please bare this in mind for set up and take down

What snacks are included in the package?
- Crisps, Popcorn, Chocolate, Biscuits, Fizzy drinks and Water
Can we bring our own food or cake?
- Absolutely, however please be mindful of spillages and damage to equipment
Do you offer food upgrades (e.g., pizza, drinks packages)?
- Not currently but we are considering this
Do you cater for dietary requirements or allergies?
- Our snacks and drinks are all pre packed. We do not prepare or serve any food or drinks. Responsibility lies with the Booking parent/guardian to ensure the safety of all guests in relation to allergens and dietary requirements

How long does a party last?
- 1hr 45 minutes
When should we arrive before the party starts?
- For the start time exactly, lets not get cold fingers and toes waiting for us to clean the pod
What happens if we arrive late?
- You will be welcomed into the pod however the original end time will be in place due to follow on bookings.
Is there time for food/cake during the party, or is it all gaming?
- We find most people want to maximise game time, however let us know if you want to stop the gaming to sing happy birthday and present the cake

Are the games age-appropriate?
- Upon booking the lead parent/guardian will be responsible for the suitable age rating of games. We do not have GTA games due to extreme violence. The gaming host will not monitor the games selected however can give a brief at the party commencement to the attendees on what has been allowed by the party booker. If in doubt please speak to other children's parents in advance of what they are/ are not allowed to play. This is a parental responsibility decision. Consoles are loaded with a range of age ratings as per any arcade set up thus managing this falls down to parental guidance.
Is the equipment cleaned between parties?
- Absolutely, a thorough cleaning protocol is in place between parties.
Is the pod wheelchair accessible?
- There is a small raise in the doorframe however wheel chairs have accessed this previously. We have designed our pod so that a wheelchair can manoeuvre internally and one of the gaming chairs can be removed for a direct access to consoles. The toilet is not wheelchair accessible due to the building construction however a wheelchair accessible public toilet is available less than 10m from the shop front.
