🍕 Food & Drinks

• Drinks must stay in the designated refreshment area.

• Only pre-packaged snacks and food are allowed, so parents can check allergy information.

• Gamerz Parties Ltd is not responsible for food allergies—please check labels before eating.

💡 Lights & Effects

• Please note: our pods may use flashing lights, strobes, and other visual effects.

• These effects may not be suitable for guests with photosensitive epilepsy or related conditions.

• If you have concerns, please let us know before your party so we can try to adjust settings where possible.

🕹️ Games & Age Ratings

• The party booker is responsible for choosing which games are played.

• All games come with official PEGI/BBFC age ratings, which we will make clear.

• Parents/guardians must decide what is suitable for their group.

• By booking, the party booker confirms they accept responsibility for game content shown to children.

• Gamerz Parties Ltd cannot be held liable for parental/guardian decisions on age-appropriate content.

• Respect the equipment—it’s here for everyone to enjoy.

• Any damage will be charged to the party booker.

• Follow staff instructions at all times.

• Disruptive or unsafe behaviour may result in guests being asked to leave.
