Requirements for All Gaming Van Bookings

To ensure your gaming party runs smoothly, please make sure the following requirements are met before our arrival:

• Suitable Parking: Our gaming van can be parked on a driveway, roadside (where legally permitted), or in a rear access lane.

• Parking Space: Please provide approximately two to two-and-a-half car lengths of parking space, with enough room for the van to manoeuvre safely.

• Safe Boarding Area: A clear area at the rear of the van is required so guests can board and exit safely.

• Power Supply: Access to a standard 13A mains plug socket within 50 metres of the van is required. This is typically from your home, garage, or an external socket.

• Vehicle Access: The route to the parking location must be suitable for our vehicle, with sufficient width, height, and turning space to avoid damage to the van or surrounding property.

Parking Restrictions

For safety and legal reasons, our gaming van cannot be parked:

• On single or double yellow lines.

• On steep slopes or uneven ground.

• In a position that blocks footpaths, driveways, or pedestrian access.

• Where it is likely to receive a parking ticket or penalty notice.

• On or too close to a road junction, or anywhere it could obstruct traffic or create a hazard.

• In any location where there is insufficient room to safely manoeuvre the vehicle.

Parking Charges

If parking fees, permits, or pay-and-display charges apply at your chosen location, these must be arranged and paid for by the person making the booking.

Extension Leads

If an extension lead is required to connect to your property's power supply, it must be routed safely and must not create a trip hazard or obstruct pedestrians, cyclists, or other road users.

Important

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that a suitable, safe, and legal parking space is available for the gaming van at the time of the booking.

If, upon arrival, our staff determine that the proposed parking location is unsafe, illegal, inaccessible, or otherwise unsuitable, we reserve the right to refuse to set up or operate the gaming van. Where this occurs due to circumstances outside of our control, including unsuitable parking or access arrangements, the booking may be cancelled and no refund or compensation will be payable.
